Assignment of Trademark

For taking legal effect, assignment of a Trademark should be registered and recorded.

Requirements for recordal of a Trademark assignment agreement in Iran

1. Document of assignment, certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate in the home country.
2. Valid Iranian Certificate of trademark registration or renewal for endorsement.
3. Power of attorney signed by assignee, certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate in the home country.
