Recordal of licensing

Any Patent owner has the right to license their Patent to other parties on agreed terms and conditions.

Requirements for recordal of a Patent license agreement in Iran

1. Licensing Agreement signed by both parties, notarized and legalized by the Iranian consulate.
2. Valid Iranian registration or renewal certificate for endorsement.
3. Power of attorney from the Licenser and Licensee, certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate in the home country.
