Recordal of licensing

Any Trademark owner has the right to license their Trademark to other parties on agreed terms and conditions.

Requirements for recordal of a Trademark license agreement in Iran

1. Licensing agreement signed by licensor and licensee, certified and legalized by the Iranian consulate.
2. Valid Iranian registration or renewal certificate for endorsement.
3. Power of attorney from licensor and licensee, certified and legalized by the Iranian consulate in the home country.
