Mr. Amir Karbasi Milani has graduated in the field of law. In 2004, he successfully entered into the training course at the Iranian Central Bar Association, as the oldest and the most prestigious advocacy institution in Iran. At the same year, he was admitted into the field of "International Trade Law" at the postgraduate level in one of the most prestigious universities in Iran, Shahid Beheshti University. In 2007, Mr. Milani founded Milani law firm and has been advising many Iranian and multinational companies in various areas of business law and has won many domestic and international lawsuits.
As one of the Iranian leading attorneys, Mr. Milani also has experience in public sector advocacy and consulting. He has advised a number of governmental companies and is currently working in the private as well as public sectors as an attorney at law.
Mr. Milani has comprehensive expertise in commercial arbitration and has focused his practice on commercial and corporate affairs. He has guided and trained a large number of young attorneys during his journey. Now, he is studying in doctoral level in "Oil & Gas Law" at University of Tehran.

Mrs. Naeimeh Rafieian has graduated in the field of law. In 2005, she successfully entered the training course at the Iranian Central Bar Association, as the oldest and the most prestigious advocacy institution in Iran. She is a graduate in intellectual property law at the master's level in one of the most prestigious universities in Iran, Shahid Beheshti University. Mrs. Rafieian joined Milani law firm as a partner in 2007 and has advised many Iranian and multinational companies in the field of intellectual property rights.
Mrs. Rafieian has comprehensive expertise in the field of trademark registration, in domestic as well as international level.
